Send a notice

This page covers the apps and websites of Innomote LLC, including Nonogram Puzzle. If you own a copyright and believe your work is being used without permission, send a written notice to our designated agent.

In Nonogram Puzzle you can also report a puzzle in the app (open it, tap ⋯, then Report, then Someone else’s work), but an in-app report is not a legal notice.

What your notice must include

  • your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or someone authorized to act for the owner;
  • the copyrighted work you believe was infringed;
  • the material you want removed and enough information for us to find it (for a puzzle, its title and creator);
  • your address, phone number, and email address;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that this use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner.

After a valid notice

We remove the material. If it is a puzzle, its creator sees in the app that it was removed for using someone else’s work.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the agent above. Include:

  • your signature;
  • the material that was removed;
  • a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification;
  • your name, address, and phone number; and
  • a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who sent the notice.

We forward it to that person and restore the material in 10 to 14 business days, unless they tell us they have filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

We ban accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright.
